Fees

A fee for service is payable by cash, cheque, or electronic transfer at the time of or prior to each session. Credit cards and debit are not accepted. If your ability to pay for our services is constrained, a sliding scale may apply after the intake interview. If appropriate, an additional fee may be applied to cover the cost of any testing materials.

As registered clinical counsellors, our counselling services are now tax exempt. You can learn more through the Canadian Revenue Services announcement about the new GST/HST exemption for psychotherapy and counselling therapy services.

Fees may be covered by extended health or employee benefit programs.

Northwest Change Agents is conveniently located in the Township of Langley, British Columbia. Sessions are currently by secure video or in person on a case-by-case basis.
